Rafael Rotter (#6) of spusu Vienna Capitals, time 13:05 was involved in an incident deemed as Excessive Roughness (ICE Penalty Catalog No. 129). Tuesday night in Bozen, Vienna forward #6 Rafael Rotter was involved in a situation deemed as excessive roughness on Bozen forward #91 Mike Halmo, resulting in an apparent injury.
As the video shows, Rotter circles down low to corral the puck within the attacking zone. As he does and turns up ice, Halmo angles off to defend Rotter. Rotter knowing Halmo is approaching, moves the puck and raises his stick and hands both up and away from his body into the head area of Halmo.
